Forged heatsinks are manufactured by utilizing the plastic deformation characteristics of metal materials. Copper or aluminum materials are formed into complex heatsink geometries using high-pressure hydraulic forging equipment and precision tooling under room temperature, medium-temperature, or high-temperature preheating conditions.
