Q3. What kinds of production service do you provide? Mold making, Extruding, Cold Forging, CNC machining, Stamping, Assembly and Surface Treatment.
Q4. What kinds of finish do you provide? Anodization, powder coating, Zinc plated, Nickel plated, Brushed, sand blasted, etc.
Q5. Do you provide design service? Yes, we have our design team. We provide the design service for mechanical parts, as well as thermal solutions.
Q5. How about the lead time? Mold: 3-5 weeks Mass production: 3-4 weeks
Q6. How about your quality? We are ISO9001:2015 certified, and the certificate was issued by DEKRA. Samples will be sent to customers for approval prior to mass production. We have SOPs, SIPs and QCPs for our products. We do 100% inspection on products before shipment.
Q7. How long should we take for a quotation? After receiving detailed information (your 2D drawings, step files or samples), we will quote you within 2 business days.
